The Buildings Department and Fire Services Department are authorized to issue Directions and Statutory Orders to the target buildings, for the purposes to maintain or improve the fire safety conditions to comply with up-to-date requirements and to upkeep a safe habitation and environment.

Our team gives advice to our clients and assists the clients for compliance to the Directions or Orders in regards to the safety, appearance and cost effectiveness.
